Isetta, yes. BMW, no. This 1955 Iso Isetta for sale on Hemmings.com might have the same general bubblecar design as the more ubiquitous BMW Isetta, but it actually comes from the Italian manufacturer that conceived the design. It’s an older restoration and because it hasn’t been used in years it’ll likely need a thorough once-over, but once that’s done it should make for a good round-town head-turner. From the seller’s description:
We have serviced this car in our shop and it starts immediately and runs excellent. The transmission and brakes function as they should. The car appears to have non rusty original panels, frame and suspension and has obviously spent most of its life in an indoor collection after a restoration many years ago. The overall cosmetics are very good with the only obvious exception of a cracked Plexiglas vent window.
